LCD "Sofiya" - is an outstanding developer of new buildings in Kiev, known for the high quality of housing and a unique approach to the development of towns in Sofievskaya Borschagovka. The range of housing includes various variants of apartments, from studio to multi-level, satisfying even the most demanding buyers.

Relatively high competition with major aggregators that provide information about real estate purchases. Because of this, we had to take a step that is quite rarely used among real estate developers' websites: creating listing pages for all properties that are for sale.
Stage 1 – Creation of listing pages and SNF collection
As mentioned above (in the “”project features”” block), we started our work by creating listing pages – below is an example.
Then, at the stage of work on optimising the site, we collected the semantic kernel. The following tools were used for this task: KeywordPlanner, Ahrefs and Semrush. With the help of these tools were identified keywords and phrases most relevant to the client’s business.
Stage 2 – Analysing the main competitors
Next, the main competitors that occupy the top positions in the search results were analysed. Ahrefs, Semrush and Dataforseo tools were used for this purpose. Analysing the competitors helped us identify the strategies they use to achieve high positions in the search results.
These initial steps allowed us to better understand the market and the competitive landscape, which became the basis for further actions to optimise the client’s website.
Stage 3 – Technical Site Audit
This audit is the foundation for successful website optimisation. In this case, the following basic work was carried out using the Screaming Frog tool:
This basic technical optimisation work helped to eliminate errors that could have negatively affected the site’s search engine ranking and create a more optimal structure to improve the user experience.
Stage 4 – Develop a link building strategy for the site
Based on the data from the competitors’ link profile audit, we developed a strategy for building quality backlinks to improve the position of the client’s website. This is an important stage in search engine optimisation, as quality backlinks help to increase the authority of the site in the eyes of search engines.
