First of all, the account was set up with search campaigns for priority categories, a shopping campaign with priority products and a PMax campaign for all other products, a DSA campaign, a brand campaign, and a campaign against competitors. Later, it was decided to abandon the trade campaign and use the PMax campaign.
The PMax campaign was optimised by increasing the ROAS indicator, and with an increase in ROAS, this campaign gradually brought in a higher level of revenue with unchanged budgetary costs.
For search campaigns, we initially chose the strategy of maximum conversions to obtain a certain amount of data, and then we improved the results by adjusting the CPA in these campaigns.
In 5 months of work, we were able to increase the number of conversions by 500%, while the revenue increased by 650%, CPO decreased by 10%, and ROI increased by 40% to 1370%.
