The digital agency Imaris is looking for a highly qualified and responsible Sales Specialist to work with Upwork on a permanent basis.

Main tasks:
– Searching for potential clients on Upwork and negotiating;
– Sell the company’s services (Internet marketing, SEO, contextual advertising, targeted advertising);
– Prepare commercial offers and present them;
– Implement the sales plan.
Requirements:
– Experience in sales from 2 years;
– Experience with UpWork from 1 year;
– Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate+) and German (will be a plus);
– Sales experience in the IT field (Internet marketing services);
– Ability to fill in CRM and process leads in a timely manner;
– Ability to negotiate several projects with different clients;
– Experience in selling targeted advertising;
– Experience in communicating with a team of targeting specialists, PPC specialists and SEOs, preparing project proposals.
The advantage for the candidate will be:
– Experience in an online marketing agency;
– Higher education in marketing, economics;
– Completed courses in online marketing/sales;
– Understanding of clients’ business metrics and ability to forecast them: ROAS, ROI, CPL;
– Sales experience in IT (design, website development).
