Now about our requirements to the specialist we are looking for:

- Analytical mindset and a love of numbers. Marketing is about numbers, not just good articles and content, we need to justify our actions based on numbers)))
- Results orientation: this is a key quality of a marketing executive. It involves the ability to focus on end goals and achievements, as well as the ability to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A background in marketing will be an advantage and understand that this is not a guarantee of 100% success, so courses, subject specific training is suitable.
- Successful experience in B2B marketing (IT – outsourcing / digital agencies) from 3 years. We need someone to guide colleagues, including a subordinate marketer, so experience and a clear understanding of where we are going and why.
- Experience in strategic planning and data analysis: ability to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns based on data analysis.
- Practical digital marketing skills: knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO (search engine optimisation), SEM (search engine marketing), social media, content marketing, email marketing.
- Project management skills: the marketing manager must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Experience in team management (setting tasks, controlling their implementation, analysing results). You are managing a marketing and technical specialist, you need to not just “give them advice”, but guide, adjust and analyse joint actions.
- Communication and teamwork skills: it is important to be able to communicate effectively both within the team and with clients or partners. This also includes presentation and persuasion skills.
- Creativity and innovative thinking: the ability to generate new ideas and apply innovative approaches to marketing.
- Continuous development in the field of marketing and internet marketing. We work in an extremely dynamic field, so constant development is a must have.
- Speaking and writing proficiency in English (at least Intermediate). We work with foreign markets, language is a necessity.
What you need to do:
- Conduct an advertising audit.
- Audit and, if necessary, repackage the agency’s current core services: SEO, PPC, targeted advertising.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy and digital strategy.
- Build a marketing and lead generation system.
- Provide the agency with the number of leads needed to sell to new clients.
- Regularly increase the client base on Upwork.
- Develop a strategy to retain repeat clients.
- Develop KPIs for marketing and for online marketing.
- Prepare a unified marketing report (plan/fact/dynamics): monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Generate marketing budget on a monthly basis.
- Conduct NPS measurement and contribute to its increase.
- Manage the marketing department and subordinate marketer and where necessary engage in-house specialists such as SEO specialist, PPC specialist, targeting specialist, designer for lead generation.
- Communicating with the sales team, tracking ongoing momentum.
Expected Results:
- Plan executed 90%+ on a monthly basis.
- Customer base is growing monthly.
- All working tools (checklists, spreadsheets, reports, etc.) are correctly and continuously updated and up-to-date.
- Generated improvement ideas that are implemented.
- Independently solves all problems in your area of responsibility.
About the probationary period
- In this position it is 3 months.
- During this period you will have a personal adaptation plan with tasks (which documents/regulations to study and review and which tasks are expected of you in months 1, 2 and 3).
- A mentor will be in regular communication with you to whom you can ask any questions.
- There will be a regular retrospective of our interaction (every month): feedback from you and from us (manager and colleagues), because any difficulties are better prevented and solved immediately, without waiting for the end of the probation period.
About our hiring process
The hiring process takes place in several steps (online, usually google-meet):
– an initial interview with an HR manager;
– a test assignment (aimed at understanding your train of thought and sequence of action) and getting references;
– final interview with the manager;
– decision making: receiving an offer and agreeing a start date.
Yes, this process can take 1-1.5 weeks, we carefully select each team member, because we are set up for long-term cooperation and are not looking for a person for 2-3 or 4 months.

About the team
We currently have 19 great people on our team. We work exclusively online (our office in Kharkiv and now not working). Everyone has a clear and known to everyone schedule, there is a common business hour (when everyone is 200% connected), we work and communicate in Task-Manager and Telegram. Colleagues are friendly and will help if needed.
Although we are online, we still try to keep in touch: periodically we meet offline in Kharkiv and regularly do coffee-break together.
