SunRise - foreign language school for children and adults, also here are engaged in teacher training. The site is developed on CMS - WordPress. Due to a very low mobile score, it was decided to speed up the site.
- Conduct Google PageSpeed Insights testing before work starts (and after optimisation);
- Conduct technical audit and find critical errors that affect site loading speed;
- Accelerate First Contentfile Paint, Speed Index, Largest Contentful Paint, Time to Interactive, Total Blocking Time to the green zone on PageSpeed;
- Metrics that are now in the green zone should remain in the green zone;
- Defer loading non-critical JavaScript and CSS;
- Optimise images, graphics, cache, CSS, JS, fonts, server performance, third-party modules;
At the time of task assessment we had information from the site developers that it would not be possible to increase the loading speed anymore and that the current result is the maximum. But as a result of the site audit by our developer, we proposed a number of solutions that would speed up the site and predicted a minimum 2-fold increase on some pages. These included: the Home page, the individual course landing page (group classes), the Services page and the Contact page
Home page – desktop
