Project features:

The client does not have a separate website, although we represent different brands. Therefore, our task was to use all the products in the publication as much as possible. Also, when we started the project, the Instagram profile did not have a single style, and posting was not regular. There was no single profile design, and low-quality photos were often used. We developed and implemented a comprehensive SMM strategy

We had already been promoting the brand on social media before, so we took the following steps:
- Analyzing the current brand representation in social networks.
- Analyzed the competitors' market on social media.
- Changed the visual concept.
- Developed a content plan for social media. Changed the format of content presentation in accordance with the target audience (TA) and more targeted TA segmentation.
- Developed headings for Stories.
- added Stories Highlights.


For the KiddyLook_ua online store, we have enabled the following sections:
- engaging content (voting, questions, etc.);
- Selling content with a call to action and a link to the product (video reviews, new products, reviews, promotions, etc.);

Posting Frequency

Based on the analysis of competitors, it was decided:

  • Publishing posts in the news feed 2-3 per day, 7 days a week.
  • Posting in Stories 5-15 posts per day, 7 days a week.
  • Also, the number of posts in Stories was increased to 30 if there was a period of large-scale sales. For example: Black Friday.

We introduced 1 contest mechanic for the start

The contest was held on Instagram. Note that the contest was not additionally promoted. It is better to run targeted ads to attract more subscribers.

Advertising with opinion leaders

To increase the number of subscribers and attract a new audience, we decided to emphasize promotion through opinion leaders. We were sure that this method would work and started testing it. So we started actively looking for bloggers. GEO could be hired all over Ukraine, as delivery is possible to all regions. Due to the fact that the account sells children’s clothing, we were looking for a mom blogger.

When selecting bloggers, we also paid attention to

  • the level of engagement in their profile;
  • accessible presentation of information;
  • we also considered barter work.

Many bloggers willingly agreed to cooperate with us because they love these brands and often order them.

We used different formats of advertising, including a video on Instagram and a screenshot of a post on Instagram with an account tag.

When working with opinion leaders, a joint drawing was held for the audience of one of the accounts. This helped to attract new subscribers and generate interest in the brand.

As a result of using a comprehensive SMM strategy for the social network Instagram, we have achieved high results. It is important to remember that when you have high-quality copywriting, visual design, and effective advertising of opinion leaders, the results will not be long in coming.
